Booking Terms and Conditions
1. Services Offered
1.1. Prior to your appointment, please ensure all personal belongings are removed from the vehicle. Next Level Detailing cannot be held responsible for any loss of personal items left inside the vehicle. We will make every effort to gather any trash and identify any concealed personal belongings before commencing the detailing process. Any items collected will be placed inside a plastic bag and left in the vehicle.
1.2. In the event that an excessive amount of belongings is left behind at the time of the scheduled detail, thereby extending the detail time beyond the scheduled duration, a minimum surcharge of $25 will be applied.
1.3. The services offered include exterior and interior detailing, washing, waxing, polishing, vacuuming, and other related services as agreed upon with the customer.
1.4. Our detailing times are an estimate only. Each vehicle is different and may require more or less time to fulfill the detailing type
2. Booking and Payment
2.1. Customers should remove all personal belongings, money and other significant items from their vehicle prior to any type of detailing.
2.2. A minimum surcharge of $50 will be applied to all jobs that involve excessive dirt and grime, garbage, food, urine, vomit, blood, feces, or other hazardous materials.
2.3. An additional fee of $50 is applied for the removal of excessive pet hair.
2.4. Customers can book services by contacting the Company via phone, email, or through the Company’s website.
2.5. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.
2.6. The Company accepts cash, credit/debit cards, and other forms of electronic payment.
2.7. Deposits of $25, $50, or $100 (based on service cost) go toward your total and are non-refundable if you cancel without rescheduling or try to reschedule more than once. You’re allowed one timely reschedule; otherwise, the deposit is forfeited.
2.8 Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except as required by New York State law for balances under $5.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
3.1. Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
3.2. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in a minimum charge of 20% of the service cost
4. Liability
4.1. We are not liable for any loss or damage to personal property, including the vehicle being serviced, its contents, or the location of service. Please ensure that the service location is lawful and safe, and communicate any concerns to us before the service begins.
4.2 We are not liable for any fading, discoloration, or damage to the interior surfaces of your vehicle—including leather, plastic, vinyl, and other materials—as results may vary due to the unique compositions and sensitivities of different brands and finishes.
4.2. Customers are responsible for removing any valuable items from their vehicle prior to detailing.
4.3 Our company assumes no responsibility for any adverse reactions or side effects caused by the custom air fresheners placed in your vehicle following our detailing service.
5. Customer Satisfaction
5.1. The Company strives for customer satisfaction and will address any concerns or issues promptly.
5.2. Customers are encouraged to provide feedback on the services received.
6. Warranty
6.1. The Company offers a limited warranty on its detailing services, covering defects in workmanship for a specified period after the service date.
6.2. Customers must notify the Company of any warranty claims within the specified period.
7. Governing Law
7.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Next Level Detailing.
8. Amendments
8.1. The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
